1 cups milk (skim milk) (~8 oz)
1 ½ tbsp ground flax seeds (~½ oz)
25 almonds (~1 oz)
⅓ cups Greek yogurt, plain (full-fat) (~3 ½ oz)
1 cups berries, any kind (frozen or fresh) (~7 oz)
optional: 2 tsp fresh mint (chopped)
optional: ½ tsp vanilla extract
optional: ½ tsp cinnamon
optional: 2 ice cubes (~⅓ oz)
Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend on high. Serve in a glass and enjoy.
